Sarah is a third generation Wilmington native with over 24 years of experience in property management. She graduated from Salem College with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. She received her real estate license in 2009. Sarah enjoys property management because it gives her a chance to interact with all types of people and help newcomers get acquainted with the area.
William Biggs
Maintenance Coordinator
William, originally born in Durham, NC, relocated to Wilmington to pursue his education at UNCW, successfully earning a degree in Business; leveraging his expertise, he now adeptly manages a variety of tasks, from overseeing most repairs to negotiating contracts, demonstrating a keen ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with local vendors who have been thoroughly vetted, ensuring efficiency and reliability in property management.
