We offer both full service property management and tenant procurement services. Our full service fee is 10% of the monthly rent and includes advertising and showing the property, screening the tenant, lease signing and security deposit collection, rent collection, maintenance and accounting. Our tenant procurement fee is equal to one month’s rent and includes advertising, showings and screening.

Qualifications for Renters

Total monthly income (before taxes) must be at least three times the monthly rent.

No unpaid bills to past landlords.

No negative rental references from past landlords.

No felonies within the past 10 years.

No drug or violence convictions in the past 10 years.

No collections for utility companies, internet and cell providers or any other housing related expense.

Utilities for Renters

It is the tenant’s responsibility to have all utility services not included in the rent scheduled to start or go into their name as of the lease start date. Tenants will be given contact information for their specific utility companies.
